What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your first and last name, email address, company name, phone number, your area of interest and your message. To protect the form from spam and abuse, our security provider also processes your IP address and basic browser signals. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the site is used. This includes the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this using Google Analytics and Cloudflare's privacy-focused web analytics, described under Cookies and analytics below.
How we use it
- To respond to and manage your enquiry.
- To discuss how PPT can support your packaging operations and to pursue a potential business relationship.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- To protect this website and form against spam and abuse.

Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf: HubSpot (customer relationship management), Cloudflare (website hosting, security and web analytics) and Google (Google Analytics). These providers are based in the United States, so your information is processed there. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some United States state privacy laws treat the use of third-party analytics cookies as a "sale" or "share" of personal information. You can opt out of analytics as described under Cookies and analytics below. We do not otherwise disclose your information except to meet a legal obligation or to protect our rights.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Security (strictly necessary). Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person and not a bot. In our configuration it does not set a tracking cookie.
- Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure how the site is used. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site usage without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or to contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form and enquiry records for the duration of the business relationship and for approximately 24 months of inactivity, after which we delete or anonymize them. Website analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with our analytics providers' settings; for example, Google Analytics retains visitor-level data for up to 14 months.
