LoeschPack RCB Wrapping-Head Fold Wrapper

The RCB delivers what sounds like a contradiction: a hermetic seal that still looks like a traditional fold wrap.

A wrapping head folds the material around the product and seals foil to foil, so the pack protects like a sealed wrap while keeping the crisp folded edges buyers associate with premium confectionery. The RCB-HS variant runs at up to 600 products per minute.

Where it fits

Premium confectionery and small bars, particularly where shelf life matters and the pack is part of how the product is sold. If your product needs a barrier and a flow pack would undersell it, this is the machine that gives you both.

Wrapping-head machines fold the material around the product in one continuous motion, which is gentler on a soft or coated center than a mechanism that has to grip and reposition it. For filled chocolates and pralines that difference shows up directly in your yield.
