LoeschPack FHW flow wrapping line in production
What We Do

The Machines Are The Easy Part.

LoeschPack and Hastamat build the equipment. Piepenbrock Packaging scopes it for your product, installs it in your plant, commissions it to rate and keeps it running.

Full Lifecycle

From First Conversation to Field Service

One local team through every stage, so nothing is handed between a sales company, an installer and a service contractor who have never met.

Solution Design & Scoping

We evaluate throughput requirements, product characteristics, line layout and integration points before a single machine is ordered.

The stage that decides whether the rest goes well. Product samples, pack formats, floor constraints and the upstream and downstream equipment a new line has to meet. Where a format is unproven on a given machine, it is worth running the sample before anyone commits to it.

Installation & Commissioning

Complete mechanical, electrical and controls integration, commissioned to production-ready performance standards.

Rigging, placement, utilities, controls and the handover between your equipment and the new machines. Commissioning ends when the line runs your product at the agreed rate, not when it is bolted down.

Production Optimization

We stay engaged after commissioning, tuning line speed, reducing changeover time and improving OEE for maximum throughput.

Most of the output a line loses is lost in changeover and in the small stops nobody logs. Tuning after the line is in production is where that comes back, and it needs someone who knows the machine rather than only the manual.

Service & Support

Preventive maintenance programs, spare parts supply and on-site production support, scoped to your service agreement.

Parts held in North America rather than shipped from Germany on every occasion, engineers who have commissioned the machine in question, and a maintenance schedule built around your production calendar.

Christoph Recher says LoeschPack offers production support at the start, recommends spare and wear parts, and points out the typical wear life of bearings and other parts.

Looking for the equipment?

This page is about the work around the machines. The machines themselves are cataloged by category, and by the maker who builds them.
