End of line is where a fragile pack is most exposed. The TBS-2 is engineered so it arrives in the tray intact.
It loads trays without grippers and without pressure, at up to 800 products per minute, in upright, flat or shingled patterns. No gripper means nothing clamps a pack that will not take clamping, and pressureless handling means the pack at the bottom of a lane is never carrying the queue behind it.
Why gentle handling pays at end of line
Every product you do not break is product you sell. Breakage at the tray loader is direct yield loss and it happens at the last moment, after you have already paid to make, wrap and inspect the pack.
